I’m blessed to be married to a wonderful woman and to be the dad of three beautiful daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, and one delightfully crazy pup!
I’m happiest near the ocean. There’s something about the beach that helps me slow down, relax, and recharge like nothing else.
I also love bringing people together through food. You’ll often find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends. Ask me about my mango salsa!
My faith is an important part of who I am. I’m a Christian, but I believe in meeting people where they are. I’m always happy to talk about faith if and when you’d like to.
My coaching certification is through iPEC.

With more than 30 years of experience in automotive dealership service and parts, along with several years working at the corporate level in fleet operations, systems development, leadership training, and professional coaching, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what helps people and organizations thrive—and what holds them back.
Through years of working with people, I’ve seen how the right guidance, mindset, and support can create meaningful change. My goal is to use that experience to help individuals move beyond complacency, break through unproductive patterns, and pursue meaningful personal and professional growth.
